As an athlete, I have always strived to empower and challenge myself and those around me. My life has always involved sports, movement, and extensive time outdoors, but that has not always been an easy balance. I’ve experienced firsthand the physical, emotional, and financial barriers created by chronic illness and how challenging it can be to find supportive movement and nutrition practices. I’m fortunate to have been able to translate my experience into something accessible to others via Alien Athletes, and now that journey continues through Weaver Holistic.
As a coach, I prioritize honoring each person’s diverse needs and boundaries as an integral part of providing truly holistic, inclusive, and supportive coaching. All coaching is customized to each client and I offer all services virtually (via video and digital programming) with or without any additional fitness equipment, making it easier for people to engage in movement in whatever manner works best for them.
At Weaver Holistic, my goal is to empower and support you as you explore what your body is capable of— physically, mentally, and emotionally. Everyone deserves access to spaces where they can move freely and safely as they are, without further qualification or an expectation of change.
Previously, Alien Athletes used the tagline “Fitness for All Life Forms.” While I still love the sentiment of that expression (and I am a sucker for space puns), the past 8+ years in the fitness industry have shown me that what I am doing at Weaver Holistic goes beyond making fitness accessible. My goal as a coach is not to teach clients how to force their bodies into submission or design grueling workouts that feel like punishment. My goal is to help clients learn to work with their bodies and minds to push themselves in ways that are sustainable, rewarding, and, ultimately, fulfilling, while maintaining curiosity and excitement in their pursuit of strength and exploration of movement. I’m excited to offer holistic nutrition coaching and habit coaching based on existing neuroscience and behavioral change practices to form new habits, promote health-supportive behaviors, and create sustainable routines— something I and many of my clients have struggled with over the years.
In many ways, Alien Athletes has breathed, evolved, and expanded alongside me throughout my healing journey. When I started Alien Athletes in 2018, I felt alienated by most traditional gym spaces. I knew I was not alone in that sentiment. In response, I left the gym I was working at and dove headfirst into creating my own coaching practice, one that allowed people to show up authentically and completely as themselves, inside and outside sessions. I am proud to say that Weaver Holistic and Alien Athletes have now offered trauma-informed, mindfulness-based coaching for people of all genders, sizes, and abilities at sliding scale rates for over 7 years in-person and virtually, across the world (literally!).
Growth is a never-ending process, and over the years, Alien Athletes has served as a positive vessel for change for myself and many others. The journey continues now with Weaver Holistic. I wish you all continued curiosity and strength in all your journeys, wherever they might lead.

Alien Athletes is only providing virtual coaching services at this time. All services can be accessed virtually via video sessions or remote programming. In-person and in-home training services are available for clients local to Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, Jacksonville Beach, and Ponte Vedra. Guided Movement Sessions + Strength Coaching
30 or 60-minute individual, couples, or small group movement sessions tailored to your goals, needs, and available equipment with a focus on building strength, endurance, and resilience. With a focus on the mind-body connection, internal and external cues, and breath, these sessions are ideal for athletes of all experience levels looking to improve their fitness. In these sessions, clients work to increase overall body awareness, explore new movement patterns and ranges of motion, create more sustainable movement routines, and achieve activity-specific fitness goals. Available via video to clients both inside and outside of the US (international clients welcome!).**

Remote Coaching + Programming
Custom weekly programming tailored to your goals, schedule, and equipment with a focus on building strength through mind-body connection, personalized strength training, and intentional breath. This type of coaching is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently and feel fairly comfortable following a program with limited hands-on coaching. Though the app used for program delivery is very user-friendly, some familiarity with strength training is helpful for this type of programming. Seasoned athletes or individuals with sport-specific fitness goals are ideal for remote coaching as it is an extremely flexible and affordable way to access personalized strength programming. Available virtually to clients located anywhere, anytime.
Includes easy-to-follow program delivery via the TrainHeroic app, movement screening and form checks, breathwork and mindfulness coaching, weekly check-ins via text/email, a monthly 30-minute check-in via video, and more. Habit Coaching
Learn to build habits and nourish your body while fostering mindfulness, better managing stress, improving endurance, and building resilience. These collaborative coaching sessions are designed to help you identify, strategize, and shift your patterns and behaviors to meet your goals. Based on existing neuroscience research, polyvagal theory, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational coaching, and a deep understanding of the intricacies of holistic health, Habit Coaching sessions are ideal for anyone who struggles with setting realistic goals, keeping routines, or finding sustainable ways to integrate health-focused behaviors, particularly those also managing chronic illness or other health issues. These sessions enable clients to safely explore evidence-based practices to improve their ability to identify patterns, problem-solve roadblocks, and maintain habits.**

Holistic Nutrition Coaching
Evidence-based, 1-on-1 support for anyone looking to improve their overall relationship with food and create habits that support holistic health. These sessions include identifying challenges relating to nutrition, establishing more regular eating patterns, helping you identify and respond to hunger cues, navigating stress responses, reframing your mindset around food, and providing evidence-based nutrition information to help you confidently create and structure your meals to match your overall health and wellness goals. Sessions are weight-neutral, and you will never be asked to weigh in or provide measurements. The focus of our time together is to help you build healthy, sustainable habits in alignment with current nutrition science and established dietary recommendations. Aleksei has extensive experience working with clients with histories of disordered eating or dietary restrictions, including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and low-glycemic diets. As part of these services, we are happy to help you explore meal ideas, grocery lists, and other strategies to help you reach your nutritional goals.
